SKIN ANALYSIS INFORMATION TEXT

In this Disclosure Text, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the relevant legislation, by the data controller RELANCE KOZMETİK ÜRÜNLERİ PAZARLAMA İTHALAT İHRACAT located at the address “Yeşilce Mah. Dalgıç Sok. No:31/B Seyrantepe-Kağıthane/İstanbul”.  The principles regarding the processing of personal data by LIMITED COMPANY (“RELANCE” or “Company”) are stated below.

1. Personal Data Processed and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Within the scope of this Disclosure Text, your name and surname, contact information, skin type and skin analysis information, marketing information, transaction security information, social media account information and photographs are processed.

Our skin analysis service aims to analyze your photo provided by you or taken via your device's camera and provide RELANCE product recommendations that are suitable for your skin type and needs. In this context, your personal data is used for the purposes of providing the service, personalizing product recommendations, and improving user experience, and is destroyed after you experience skin analysis and is not stored within our Company.

2. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data collected is collected electronically, through cameras or by uploading photographs, using partially or fully automatic methods, in order to achieve the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text. Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds that "Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract" and that your explicit consent has been obtained (in terms of special personal data).

3. Places to Which Processed Personal Data Are Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partner ARHub Bilişim Anonim Şirketi (PulpoAR), which provides skin analysis application services, to authorized institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation, and to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request. The purposes for which your personal data is transferred are parallel to the purposes for which it is processed.

4. Application Methods to the Data Controller and Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to; a) learn whether your personal data is processed, b) request information if processed, c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, d) learn the parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad, e) request correction if it is processed incompletely / incorrectly, f) request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom it is transferred, h) object to the emergence of a result to your detriment due to analysis by exclusively automated systems, i) request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to processing in violation of the law.

As personal data owners, in order to state your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data, you can fill out the “Relevant Person Application Form” that you can access through our website, and apply with your personal e-mail address registered with our Company via the Company e-mail address info@turunch.net, and perform the necessary changes, updates and/or deletions and related requests. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

I approve the processing of my personal data, including identity information, contact information, marketing information, transaction security information, social media account information, cosmetic product usage information, skin type/condition, visual and audio records, by the Company: (i) for the purpose of performing an online skin analysis using the digital skin analysis tools on the Company's website and making product recommendations to me accordingly, and (ii) for the purpose of planning customized marketing activities, conducting customer segmentation and targeting studies, conducting marketing analysis studies and other customer relationship management (CRM) analyses within the scope of carrying out product marketing and advertising processes.
